Cleco will be visiting key manufacturing facilities and industry events in the new CellTour truck, which has been customized to provide visitors with a unique, hands-on product experience.
Cleco CellCore, which launched earlier this year in both pistol and right-angle configurations, is the featured product on the tour. CellCore cordless electric nutrunners, with the tagline, “Easy to Handle. Hard to Break,” are smart, durable cordless tools designed to withstand the environment of even the toughest assembly lines. The lightweight ergonomic design reduces operator fatigue while delivering state-of-the-art power, weight and balance. Additionally, the large user interface on the tool makes it quick and easy to program.

In addition to a designated product demonstration space, the truck has been outfitted with a CellTour Challenge console that times contestants on tightening applications using CellCore tools. The goal of the challenge is for participants to not only score the fastest time, but more importantly, experience for themselves what makes Cleco Cordless Assembly Tools the best option for their operators and assembly lines. Participants with the fastest time of the day will be rewarded and also entered for a chance to win one of three grand prizes at the conclusion of the tour, all valued at over $10,000.
The CellTour will be making stops throughout the East and Midwest at key manufacturing facilities and will also make appearances at well-known auto enthusiast and industry events such as the Indy Detroit Grand Prix, the Woodward Dream Cruise and The Assembly Show.
